2 cups of Multi-Grain Cheerios lightly sweetened with 3/4 cup low fat milk. It's my cheat day.
I'm not big on supplement, but some are a necessity. I take a multi-vitamin, essential fatty acids and glucosamine & chondroitin (for my knees) everyday. And mst days I'll supplement my diet with some additional protein and glutamin to help build muscle. Last is a little green tea extract. I take this when I don't have green tea for real.
Leftovers: lean ground turkey, black beans, broccoli, onions and tomatoes on flatbread. Protein shake. 20g protein in 4oz low fat milk.
